A KEZDŐ ALAPTANFOLYAM A JÓGA ÖT ALAPELVE KÖRÉ ÉPÜL
1. a helyes testgyakorlás (alaptesthelyzetek, vagy ászanák),
2. a helyes légzés (különböző légzőgyakorlatok, azaz pránájámák),
3. a helyes relaxáció,
4. hallhatsz a helyes táplálkozásról,
5. elsajátíthatod a pozitív gondolkodás és a meditáció alapjait.

A jóga alaptanfolyam a kezdő jógázóknak tökéles választás, de a más rendszerekből érkező gyakorlott jógázóknak is új ismereteket nyújthat.Ha az ászanák, pránájáma szavak számodra “kínaiul” hangzanak ne ijedj meg!
Kezdheted a jóga alaptanfolyam órákkal, amit mesterünk, Szvámí Sivánanda állított össze.

Felépítés:
A 8 alkalomból álló jóga alaptanfolyam során lépésről lépésre sajátíthatod el:
• a 12 alaptesthelyzetet (ezek az ászanák),
• a légzőgyakorlatokat (ezek összefoglaló neve a pránájáma) és
• a helyes relaxációt.Az elméleti részek segítenek majd megérteni a jóga életmódot, betekintést kapsz a jóga filozófiába, a jógi táplálkozásba, a pozitív gondolkodásba és meditációba.

A jóga alaptanfolyamokhoz a 3. alkalomig be lehet csatlakozni szabad hely esetén.
